Breathing exercises for cellular detoxification

A customer I met yesterday was also a health advocate.  She taught me a few tricks and this is one of them.

Breathing exercises for cellular detoxification works this way:

  1. Exhale all the air from your lungs.
  2. Pinch your nose, close your mouth.
  3. Try not to breath in for the longest time you can, 30 seconds is ideal.
  4. Do this for a cumulative 25 minutes per day and see your ailments disappear.
