Breathing exercises for cellular detoxification

A customer I met yesterday was also a health advocate. She taught me a few tricks and this is one of them.
Breathing exercises for cellular detoxification works this way:
- Exhale all the air from your lungs.
- Pinch your nose, close your mouth.
- Try not to breath in for the longest time you can, 30 seconds is ideal.
- Do this for a cumulative 25 minutes per day and see your ailments disappear.
