How I cured my obesity and what I recommend to cure obesity today

I used to be obese.  At 5 feet 5 inches and 168 pounds with a size 38 inch waistline was the maximum I remember.  USA standards of body mass index would appear to show I am at the high end of overweight near obesity.  But Philippine standards of BMI show I was already obese.  Whatever.

It pays to have a goal.  My goal was to be slim and handsome so I could have more children. I stumbled along the way when I saw a friend who also used to be fat.  I asked him how he became slim and he lent me his book Burn the Fat, feed the muscle.  I was no health guru then so I flipped through the pages and did not understand anything.  I did some Atkins dieting since it was easy to follow.  But I didn’t feel right so I saw a nutritionist in the hospital we frequently visited for pediatric consultations (We don’t visit western medical doctors today.  We have reviewed their advice and most of them are wrong and harmful.)

My nutritionist then was good.  It was 2003 then.  She had visual models of the portions of food to eat and I developed a sense of quantity.  In a nutshell, it was the larger the quantity of vegetables I ate, the more I’d lose weight.  So I did lose 2 pounds a month.  All the while being health ignorant.  Yes I lost weight while still being health ignorant.  I learned what proportions of food to eat and lost weight but I did not gain any health.

What if I knew then what I know now, how would I have cured my obesity?  Simple.  I would work myself up to achieve perfect health and my body weight and form would merely follow.  I would do everything I posted an follow my own www.curemanual.com (detox, pollution avoidance, nurturing and nutrition).  On the nutrition, it would have to be raw.  Raw Paleolithic like Wai Genriiu, basically fruitarian with some raw animal foods which are fatty like raw egg yolks and raw fish, raw paleolithic with raw land meats with at a fat proportion of 1 part lean to 2.5 to 3.5 parts fat.  Eliminate vegetables which make your gut big.  Eliminate grains, which need to be cooked and make people fat.  Yes folks, it is grains that make you fat.  Not fat.  Not animal fat.  Animal fats are good for you so eat up.  Throw away all those idiotic grains.  Today I would store grains for emergencies like war or something, but will not make grains my staple food ever again.  This Filipino man does not eat rice!  A mostly raw diet of this sort some 90+ % raw will let you take shape the way you should be shaped.  Add a hobby or a sport that allows good exercise and ta daaah… ultra healthy plus beauty.

Beauty is a signal to the outside world that you are absolutely healthy inside.  If you check out the raw foodist websites, most of them are pretty and handsome, not because raw foodism is a magnet for the beautiful, but because raw foodism brings out the health and beauty in people.
