I stumbled upon a guy, lorax2013 who has a self made video of himself speaking about the cause and the cure for many inflammatory diseases. Now I’m posting these videos for all of those people who are so sick that reading my blogs may not be the best option as the information trickles down too slow for them. But given videos… aha! This just may work.
So please view lorax2013 as he tells you all these so called incurable diseases are in fact easily curable via the Paleolithic Diet. If I may add, the raw paleolithic diet cures the harder cases. Funny, lorax2013 calls the paleolithic diet extreme. But once you are here over in my side with the raw paleolithic diet side and you see and feel the difference, you are never going back to the wrong food pyramid again… ever. What is extreme is a diet, the high carb, low fat diet that makes people sick is the popular diet. Save your family, save your kids, watch these videos, forward my blog post. Lorax2013 even mentions the Wai Diet cure for acne and why cures for many incurables have been known for a long time but it is commerce that buries these cures.

Hey, if a teenager understands the paleolithic diet, you older viewers should too. Avoid grains, beans and potatoes. These are the addictive, acidic, poisoning, diabetes causing, fungal, anti-nutrients rich, toxic and intestinal wrecking junk foods. Eat raw fruits, raw vegetables and raw animal foods such as eggs, fish, land animals and their organs. Humans were meant to be healthy… use the correct fuel. Paleolithic diet. Keep life simple.
