Recovery Diet After Tooth Extraction excludes sea food and chicken

My wife just had a rotten tooth extracted, whatever was left of it anyway.  She went to the biological dentist Dr. Gaba.

Dr. Gaba gave her homeopathic drops for inflammation and for lymph congestion.  Diet?  I did not hear a recommendation so I gave my wife my recommendation.

Last year I had a molar extracted because I learned about the dangers of root canals.  So I had my tooth extracted.  It took me quite some time to recover and I was getting worried as well as impatient.  I called up my herbalist and asked her what to do.  Manang Lorna said I should avoid all “malansa”, meaning all sea food and chicken while still recovering.  Argggghh… at that time I was eating a lot of fish!  No wonder.

So this morning, me and my cook went to our regular Saturday morning organic shopping.  And this time at the Farmers’ Market we bought a lot of beef and a lot of goat.

This lunch time, my wife had cooked goat kaldereta without tomatoes, because tomatoes cause inflammation, and my raw goat liver pate as sauce.  Raw goat liver pate is a recipe from Aajonus Vonderplanitz.  It’s pretty easy to make.  Just have fresh raw liver, and 1 red / purple onion, chop and put in blender, add sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

For those who comment why my wife eats cooked goat meat, is because she isn’t with me yet on raw land animal food.  Yes she eats raw sea food, but she cannot right now.  She did eat the raw goat liver pate.

I hope she gets well fast.
