Bourne Legacy Movie Had Better Be Good… It’s Caused Nothing but Traffic Misery So Far
I am pissed at these movie shootings of this upcoming movie “Bourne Legacy”. Is my city getting paid handsomely to shut off our roads? This is the 2nd day we have to endure this idiotic traffic re routing in Marikina City, Philippines.
How about the market vendors? I bet business is slow because customers can’t get in. Yesterday I hardly had any time to buy anything. And this morning my driver turned back and could not buy the coconuts I asked him to buy. Yesterday my kids were late going to school, immense traffic.
What is this “Bourne Legacy” about anyway, huh?
So it is a Hollywood film. Is this supposed to bring in a lot of tourism?
I’m not the only one who’s pissed. Apparently this film production had been shooting all around Metro Manila… our big Metropolis… something I wish city officials would not allow in the future. It’s just too much. They can shoot in less crowded cities, right?
Here’s a local news report about more of them closing streets in other parts of the city:
So next week they will be moving to Palawan. Sigh of relief.
