Gout Cure 2012 – A Synthesis of What I’ve Learned So Far

In the previous years I had helped people with gout.  My wife, my cook, and a couple of friends.  At that time, what I knew was to use some quantumin mineral drops on the affected area to neutralize the uric acid deposits directly and increase the amount of raw fat consumption and decrease protein consumption, also drink apple cider vinegar with water to alkalize quickly.  That seemed like a good call, but in 2012 I seem to have discovered even more refinements to gout cure.  The awesome thing was, I experienced gout symptoms myself just very recently.  Of course I eventually am healing pretty fast and I made refinements to the theory and what I myself was feeling, so this is the first draft of my gout cure for 2012 until I can further refine this and post on curemanual.com

What was eye opening with my new research is that quite a good number of people are affected by gout.  Most people seem to think gout is just when you experience pain in an extremity like a foot or a hand, for me, I think it is just elevated uric acid expulsion whether it is detected in the blood or not.

My current theory about uric acid expulsion and deposit is that our kidneys have a finite ability to process protein, our livers a finite ability to process fructose and other carbohydrates, our body a finite ability to buffer acid forming foods…. too much carbohydrates are acid forming.  Many people these days are eating too much protein, too much carbohydrates and not enough fat, and not enough various vitamins and minerals.  The amount of protein and carbohydrates the body needs varies with age and with physical activity.  Growing children in general will need more protein and more carbohydrates… office working adults are not growing children… and they are not laborers.

The root causes of gout / high uric acid or uric acid expulsion through the skin (as eczema or itches).

The current idiocy of low fat dieting has led to high amounts of protein consumption and carbohydrate consumption.  This burdens the kidneys, resulting in renal problems… resulting in gout or high uric acid in the blood… and high blood pressure… and eventually renal failure… where we see an epidemic of dialysis centers popping up all over the metropolis.  And the morbid black market kidney trade for kidney transplants preys on poor healthy people and even leads to kidnapping of children to be harvested for their still healthy kidneys… this morbid idiocy can be stopped via education.

Looking at this from the angle of acid / alkaline theory, you have the double whammy of protein + too much carbs whether glucose or fructose… in pure unbuffered form such as grains and fruit juices… or worse… high fructose corn syrup… leading to very acidic conditions which also take a toll on the kidneys.   This is why alkalizing drinks and alkalyzing baths work for gout treatment.

My own mistake, even as a raw paleo dieter was not listening enough to my body cravings and stops and also lately experimenting with salt on my meats.  I’ve been on raw paleo diet for more than 4.5 years now and my diet keeps changing because my body needs and balancing act and healing acts have been changing.  In the first months of raw paleo diet, I had just came from malnutrition with raw fruitarian and raw vegan, and my intestines were adjusting to receiving raw animal foods and raw fats and loved it.  Eventually on the 2nd and 3rd year, my body craved lots and lots of raw animal foods… I would eat 600 grams or more of raw animal food a day.  By this 4th year on 2012 I noticed a drastic decrease in raw animal food consumption to 300 grams a day… and sometimes lately I’d not want to eat any animal foods in a day or two.

The past months I’ve been experimenting with salt on my animal foods for me and my children… and that has led my instincts out of whack by letting me eat too much animal food still.  Coupled with my not drinking plain water to match the salt and I believe this led to dehydration.  Coupled with the convenience of raw duck eggs… I had noticed that raw duck eggs are a burden to my kidneys… your mileage may vary, raw duck egg yolks work for my wife’s gout, but seems not for me.  I can feel it in my right kidney.

I was nursing 2 teeth where fillings had popped out and following cure tooth decay protocols of mostly raw animal foods and organs and oysters and clams… but probably the fat from raw duck eggs and some raw beef were not enough buffers… and the duck eggs were causing me overloads instead of good…. they may be good for me in short takes… but not everyday.  When my own boy was sick and had to use raw duck eggs to treat his intestines… eventually after a few weeks his own body clamped down and did not want raw eggs any more… he would rather have any other fat other than raw eggs.  I missed that instinct for myself.  But I can feel the effects of not eating raw eggs for the moment… seems I was too dependent on the raw eggs for fat… bone marrow being just too expensive.  Of course I’m not perfect and still experiment at times with cooked meat… lately horse.  And during the cure tooth decay protocols, I wasn’t juicing greens which should have buffered the meat consumption with minerals.  I also still took honey with lemons for juice and I bet now the fructose in honey was contributing to the gout problem.

I wasn’t brushing my teeth and used only oil pulling because brushing led to bleeding gums.  I thought oil pulling would be the way but it was not.  What I found out later on that the way to cure bleeding gums and clean teeth was with the use of OraMD – a blend of essential oils and or oregano oil – if you can stand the power of it… too powerful.  Regular use of OraMD cleared my bleeding gums.  When my tooth became extremely inflamed and infected and painful… it was the oregano oil that saved the day.  Although I still want to pull that molar out eventually.  But this tooth problem had affected my entire system as those of the holistic dentistry know… it stressed my organs and polluted my blood even more… dental health is tops.  But with OraMD and oregano oil… this was addressed.

So eventually my once closed leg eczema opened up again to save my butt.  At first I though egg yolk liver flushing would do the trick but this time it did not.  I did hulda clark liver flushes and that expelled newly forming stones… but the eczema did not heal or shut down yet.  I knew my kidneys had something to do with it.  And my right leg had swollen.  I also had itches in other parts of my body.  The diversion with head lice did not help as it distracted me from the true situation.  The true situation was that the swelling of my right leg was a type of edema or gout problem already and instead of lodging crystals in a toe or heal, the ready weak old eczema spot was ready to eject acids through that opening and it did to save my butt.  I noticed this fact when I dropped quantumin mineral drops to neutralize the acids coming out.

I made a bigger realization with this uric acid thing puzzle piece when Romy Macapagal the beam ray guy I consulted to disinfect my body and jaws of tooth decay infection had me do a foot spa detox and he analyzed that I had excess uric acid… and helped me trace the cause to dehydration.  Bingo there.

Eventually my left hand ached and I saw a bump… Wheee… gout in my left wrist.  It was a good thing to experiment with.

I did my gout cure procedures, dropped the  raw eggs… consumed alkalising foods, raw avocados, raw coconut meat, did the alkalising drink from eartclinic with 8 oz of water + 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar + 1 teaspoon of baking soda + 1 teaspoon of raw wild honey. I dropped animal foods for some days.  On one day I had socials with employees I ate very fatty cooked horse meat.  I followed Aajonus Vonderplanitz’ book advice for carrots, pineapple, parsley… not wheatgrass… I even had dragon fruit.  I just hate plain water so I would just squeeze a lemon or a calamansi on plain water.  I would also make avocado shakes like avocado + celery + half a lemon with rind.  And I found my taste for freshly pounded raw kamote tops leaves and some water.  Did kidney cleansing with sambong, with avocado leaves tea.  Supplemented with malunggay capsules and malunggay tea.

I also began doing inclined bed therapy, but that is a whole discussion topic by itself.

Of course in some 4 days of this all symptoms are subsiding… as theory had expected… and I think eventually in a few more days all will be fine.  But it was all very educational.  Awesome.

So awesome that this morning my friend and organic farmer had gout problems himself.  But his root cause was trying a pescatarian diet… cooked fish and rice… a bad combination of lean protein and high carbohydrates.

So this learning experience with gout cure is great and should lead to more health and more healing with those in need.  Pay attention more to kidney health and balancing our needs.
