Tips for faster tooth extraction recovery

So you’ve just had your tooth pulled? Inflammation got you down? Here are some tips my biodentist, my herbalist and my reflexologist told me:
- do not eat anything “malansa” or slimy
- do not eat sea food
- do not eat eggs
- do not lift heavy things, no exertions, you must let your gums heal
- gargle with warm water and salt
- rest and sleep
- for bone regeneration in the jaw, calcium and magnesium in green leafy vegetables and from bones in tiny fish
- Take good probiotics. OMX 3x a day.
