Two straight days of steam bathing, tawas, salt and painful calamansi scrubbing and going bald!

Bugoy went to doc Gerry Francisco for 2 straight days of the same.  Bathing with dissolved tawas and rock salt.  Then steam bathing.  Then painful calamansi scrubbing.  Only this Tuesday afternoon did he tell me that the calamansi scrubbing was painful.

I could see in his eyes he was becoming impatient.  I could see in his head he had shaved it and gone bald! Doc Gerry had advised him to go bald.

Doc Gerry asked him if he used to put kerosene on his skin.  It seems Doc Gerry’s treatments have come to a point where it is unearthing kerosene.  More likely the old petroleum jelly that must have stuck deep under Bugoy’s skin.  That’s progress.

Regarding Bugoy’s impatience, I told him that we should be using Manang Lorna the herbalist’s skills while she’s here.  And she’s only here until Sunday.  I told him that her topical herbs may do wonders and that he is missing out.  For some reason Bugoy fears Manang Lorna’s methods might make his condition worse.  Strange.  The eczema he experienced and its subsiding until now was helped due to the cleansings, juicings and avocado leaf tea of Manang Lorna.  I told Bugoy that we have so far been batting 100% success all these few days so what is there to fear?  Manang Lorna has been batting 100% correct with my experience and his experience so far.  Can I guarantee good results with Manang Lorna’s topical herbs? No.  I cannot guarantee anything.  I could not guarantee anything that we have done so far, but we have had nothing but success after success after success.

The only times Bugoy had failing health was when he kept avoiding me.  And until today I made clear to Bugoy I had disagreed with you about putting those commercial lotions on his body.  I don’t care if you bought that papaya lotion from healthy options, I can’t pronounce those chemicals in the ingredients list.  I don’t care if Doc Gerry Francisco recommended his tea tree oil based lotion for you to moisturize, there are chemicals there I don’t recognize and can’t pronounce.  I only recommend virgin coconut oil.  Ingredients: virgin coconut oil.  Edible.  No chemicals to process.

Then Doc Gerry had recommended that Bugoy seek the ocean waters.  We will also be planning a trip, a vacation to the ocean.  Maybe in the clean waters of Real, Quezon.

In the meantime, Bugoy has agreed to try Manang Lorna’s herbs on his right leg only first.  This is so he can see and compare first.  Okay.  Confidence building.  Last night manang Lorna cut up some fresh banana leaves.  Then we went to town and bought bandages.  Wednesday morning Manang and Bugoy go to Quiapo to buy fresh herbs, the same ones we bought but did not use last week.

Now we will see the same herbal genius at work on Bugoy’s skin.  Hopefully it works for him as it did to me 2 years ago.
