We celebrated the end of bugoy’s healing crisis with a fish dinner at Mr. Poon’s restaurant

Last Saturday night September 29, I, Bugoy and Manang Lorna the herbalist celebrated with a simple fresh fish dinner at Mr. Poon’s restaurant in Wak Wak, Pasig.

We ordered the 700 grams live grouper (lapu lapu) in the aquarium with Mr. Poon’s special sauce. We also ordered spinach with garlic. And specified no rice so we have proper food combining to assure complete digestion. We specifically told the waiter to use no MSG. My MSG radar tells me there was no MSG in what we ate.

Bugoy lost weight. He lost weight because his body told him not to eat. He did not lose weight because of our treatments. We listened to Bugoy’s body wisdom. His body wanted poisons and toxins out, and we helped them out. His body needed almost a week on empty stomach to fast so it could concentrate on healing, and so we gave him that too!

Everyone should be proud of our combined efforts. Give ourselves a pat on the back. Me the overall manager, Doc Brush the chiropractor, Doc Divina Hey for the homeopathic and anthroposophic emergency measures at the start of the crisis, Doc Gerry Francisco for his professional steam baths and tawas – calamansi scouring ideas, Doctor Lorna’s juicing, kidney detoxing and topical disinfections, and of course Bugoy who finally caught on with the logic of the treatments and the truth about his condition.

We are not stopping after this crisis. This time Bugoy wants to finish everything once and for all. The goal is to be handsome by December. The next few posts will contain the analysis and our plan of action. Keep reading. We know what we are doing because Bugoy is getting better all the time.
