Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus spinach plus salmon from Death to Diabetes
I picked up a good recipe and idea from the Death to Diabetes author Dwayne McCulley regarding maximizing nutritional intake. And that is to include Extra Virgin Olive Oil in meals. The EVOO is your good fat. The EVOO allows your body to maximize the absorption of fat soluble vitamins locked into your green leafy vegetables. The green leafy vegetables we want Bugoy to consume would be raw to lightly steamed spinach, kangkong, talbos ng kamote, malunggay leaves, alugbati, etc. Always combine this with the EVOO for maximum absorption.
Then add wild salmon for the Omega 3 source. I’ll see what other fish are available. Lightly steamed too. Plus EVOO again.
