Bugoy does 6th liver flush, takes double dose of extra virgin olive oil
I guided and prodded Bugoy the whole day yesterday to finally do a liver flush that he had delayed since last Saturday. What was ridiculous about this event was in the evening I was not checking my cell phone he asked me how much extra virgin olive oil to take. He wound up drinking 1 whole cup of extra virgin olive oil plus 1 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit.
Overdose. Can’t do anything about it. I told him to drink Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea in the morning instead of the epsom salts. Epsom salts taste bad. It took Bugoy a long time to release his poops. He eventually did in the late afternoon. But he failed to look at his poops or count his stones. His new toilet configuration is such that it is hard to see the stones. He said he felt large ones but unsure.
