Raw fruits and raw animal food in my new diet

I’ve tried 100% fruitarianism for more than 1 month my colon worked perfectly. Perfect poops all the time. Body odor was non-existent. I never think twice about not having to put on anti-perspirant or deodorant. Absolutely not needed.

But then I had feelings of being cold. I also look back at my brother craving and falling for cooked fish. I didn’t have cravings but I felt cold. All the time. And I live in Metro Manila where the coldest temperature is only up to 19 degrees celcius. Must be the omega 3 thing. I remember my brother taking salmon or omega 3 supplements and his cold feelings subsided.

Well my right arm sprain is not 100%. I’m frustrated why it is not at 100% yet. Maybe I do need MORE protein or animal fats or cholesterol or lecithin from the raw eggs. Maybe I need more omega 3. Fruits are adequate but some have the opinion that fruits give a minimum. Maybe I need more nutrients temporarily for repairs. So I came across Aajonus Vonderplanitz and WaiSays.com and these people are raw fruits plus raw animal food. They are of the opinion that cooking is the culprit. Any studies that show animal meat is cancerous has cooked animal meat as the standard. RAW MEAT is a whole different animal, pun intended.

So I start with raw salmon, raw tuna. Sashimi. The Japanese restaurant beside us is adequate. Pretty good. Pretty heavy on the belly if you eat a lot.

I also bought 6 duck eggs. I did not refrigerate them as suggested. I tried some drinking them whole. Then I tried just the yolk. I like just the yolk. This evening I tried a suggested combination of avocado and 2 duck egg yolks. So so taste.

I never liked combining raw food. It just isn’t natural for my taste to combine raw foods. I like my raw foods eaten alone. Like this lunch I had a guyabano for lunch.

My mother in law thinks I’m too thin today. Maybe she’s right. But maybe my adding raw animal meat will make a difference.
