Our little dog died because of some viral illness… NOT!
Our few months old puppy died this afternoon at the vet’s office. He was just 6 months old. He was the smallest in a litter of 5 pups. A beagle. His name was Beads.
Yesterday the maid noticed Beads was not eating and getting really thin. This morning our driver who was more knowledgeable with dogs said to feed the dog some 2 tablespoons of sugar so it would cough out what was indigestible in its stomach. The dog did cough out a lot of grass and some coconut husks.
If the dog was eating grass, it knew instinctively that it was sick and needed grass. Maybe the dog was sick a long time ago. It was the smallest of all from a litter of 5. Maybe it had parasites. Maybe the vaccination it received made it sick. Maybe the monotonous diet of processed dog food killed him, that would kill a human.
What was ridiculous is the veterenarian said the dog died of some viral illness! Good grief. What a load of bull. That is the kind of answer that says… “DUH, I don’t know why your dog died, so I will just say viral illness!”
Same crap diagnosis I had a few years ago when I was in the hospital, viral illness idiocy. I was just in bad shape, eating the wrong foods and eating polluted junk.
I think Beads was sick a long time ago. I used to try playing with him running after him and he would mostly give up running after a minute and just surrender to me. That’s no fun. His mother I used to chase around for minutes and minutes at a time. She would only surrender after some 15 minutes of chasing. Fit humans are marathoners compared to dogs.
