Movie Review: All Jacked Up, U.S. Teens eat a junk food lifestyle
Posted On July 11, 2008
I just watched All Jacked Up last night. It’s a movie made by teens for teens. Four average American teenagers are profiled. The host teenager interviews a couple of experts and asks their opinions.
The movie reminded me about how clueless I was myself when I was a teenager. How I ate the same junk food those teenagers were eating. And eventually it caught up with me, just like one of the experts said. I was sick, I was drugged, I was fat.
Now that I’m on organic food, raw food, I’m slim, strong and healthy.
This is a movie you want your children to watch. Maybe they will be interested in health.
