Tongue Cancer: Coconut Juice Fast and addressing Dehydration

We have shifted from orange juice fasting to coconut juice fasting because orange juice enzymes are hurting the tongue of Mr. M.  That’s okay.  Coconut juice fasting is just as powerful and we still have coconut milk and wheatgrass juice. And knowing the events of the past 3 days, it seems that the true problem of Mr. M lately is dehydration.  A cause of his headaches is chronic dehydration, a cause of his lymph enlargement is dehydration, a cause of his many constipations is dehydration.

To my horror, yesterday I found out that Mr. M drinks coconut juice only every 3 to 4 hours.  That’s not good.  I don’t live with him, that’s why I did not notice.  And he only drank 6 coconuts a day.  I used to drink 10 coconuts a day while fasting, and I’m smaller than Mr. M is so Mr. M probably needs more than 10 coconuts a day.

To address this problem of dehydration, Mr. M must reprogram his cells to see hydration as normal.  For the past many years his cells have been programmed to operate sub-optimally, always dehydrated.  What happens is the body makes compromises when dehydrated, but consciously this is un-noticed until one gets fully diseased and not knows the true problem.

To reprogram the cells for hydration, the technique is to just measure the current heart rate.  Say Mr. M on the 3rd day of his fast yesterday had a resting heart beat rate of 112 beats per minute, no wonder he felt tired.  So the technique is to drink fresh, raw, just opened coconut juice every 30 minutes.  It does not matter whether you perceive you are thirsty or not, we know your cells are thirsty so drink up, force yourself.  The good thing about coconut juice is it is food, so the body knows what to do with food.  You will not drown.  If you do the same thing with plain water there is a danger that you will drown and stress your kidneys at the same time.  This afternoon Mr. M already had his heart beat rate lowered to 94 beats per minute, and he felt much better.  Mr. M can now try drinking coconut juice every 1 hour.  I stressed that at 6 pm this evening Mr. M again drink every 30 minutes until bed time.  And hopefully he drinks at least 10 coconuts today.

We are going to cure this dehydration within this 14 day coconut juice fast.  I told Mr. M’s son that they need to be patient.  The fast is just on its 4th day.  My teacher, Barefoot Herbalist MH says that only after the 7th day does the body begin to heal.  So a 14 day fast only has 7 days of healing.
