I’ve identified my stomach pain as an inflamed colon

An interesting problem solving challenge is my stomach pain that began Thursday early morning.  It started out as a dull pain.  Then got worse on Friday and the worst on Saturday and Sunday.  My poop on Friday was grey and light grey.  No bile flow?

I stopped taking my dewormer Humaworm.  I held back on eating.  Saturday I consumed less than a liter of apple juice.  On Sunday morning I did an egg yolk liver flush. Sunday evening I had taken Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea, the most powerful colon cleanser in our arsenal.  So this Monday morning I felt my colon was empty.  My chance to poke around and find out what was wrong.

Aha, it is my colon that is inflamed.  The lower part.

The immediate remedy which I began Sunday was taking Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tablespoon in 2 cups of water plus 1/4 teaspoon of rock salt.  I did this 3 times sunday afternoon and I felt some relief.

This Monday morning I again took the Apple Cider Vinegar remedy.   Now that we know it is inflammation, time to use my cayenne tincture.  My tincture is not mature, but it will have to do.  So I took 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne tincture with no chaser, no water, no nothing.  Let the cayenne work full power.  Allow it to work it wonders.  The first time I took the cayenne tincture, immediate relief was felt.  1 hour later, I took the cayenne tincture again.  Very good.

The rest of the day I only drank either coconut juice or apple cider vinegar in water.  In the morning I took some organic papaya, good for digestion.  In the evening I felt I needed lots of cooked fat to build some mucus on my colon and soothe my colon.  The easily available fat is roasted pork liempo, the commercial kind sold at your nearby Baliwag chain store.  I’ve taken this 2 times.  Last Sunday, Now this Monday.

Seems to be working so far.  Tomorrow I will be taking more apple cider vinegar and more cayenne tincture.  And tomorrow I hope to have a new tray of fertilized eggs from Jackie.  Maybe I will gorge on that to hopefully strengthen my colon lining.

Let’s find out tomorrow.

I’ve skimmed the internet and some point to this as inflammatory bowel syndrome.  So called incurable and unknown cause.  But the butcher doctors will over the cutting of the inflamed part of your colon.  Don’t be fooled.

What may have caused my inflamed colon?

My number 1 suspect is the raw honey plus raw beef combination, the first time I tried it was wednesday evening. So I’m not eating that honey.

My wife’s theory are the raisin and cashew fetish I’ve lately developed.  Suspect new food.  So I’m not eating.

And the last suspect is Humaworm dewormer. Let’s see. If I feel well tomorrow, on Wednesday I will restart Humaworm again.
