Paul Nison on a roll, interviews former vegan, now raw paleo foodist John Fielder
So Paul Nison is on a roll. He is in a rapid state of discovery and it shows with who he is interviewing. This time, he goes to John Fielder of Australia. John did raw vegan some 5 to 10 years then added raw goat meat to his diet of still mostly vegetables and fruits.
John Fielder says he does not need a lot of animal foods to feel functional… sort of still towing the vegan line to minimize the eating of raw animals. John had realized a long time ago that if he went on meat less for a long enough time, he became non-functional.
I commented on Paul’s blog that I feel a whole lot better with raw fatty beef than skinny goats. And he approved my comment! Awesome!
Maybe Paul needs to visit the www.rawpaleoforum.com where there are a great number of former raw vegans… the obvious progression is to eat raw animal foods. Maybe he can do interviews with the people over there. There Paul can find people who eat a whole lot more raw animal foods, there he can even find people who eat purely raw animal foods and shun vegetables and shun fruit altogether! Just like what Stanley Bass said, eskimos find complete nutrition in their animal foods.
Me? I tried raw vegan and I lasted only 2 months. I’m now counted in the majority raw animal foods department with fruit, but on a high animal raw fat diet and low carb with fruits.
