Fish Oil Supplements are BAD not good. Just eat natural animal fats.
Professor Brian Peskin is the kind of man who believes in TRUE studies. Brian believes that studies which are not financed by corporate interests come out with honest studies with honest results. He cites Harvard as having a huge enough endowment fund to make honest academic studies.
The good professor uses his own technical terms to describe the unadulterated natural fats as Parent Essential Oils or PEOs. He says that it is PEOs that humans must consume, not fish oil isolates.
“I am often asked how my EFA-based recommendations differ from others. The answer is simple but very significant. The term “Essential Fatty Acids†is misused so frequently that I was compelled to coin a new phrase, Parent Essential Oils (PEOs).”
Brian says that the ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 fats should be from 2:1 to 1:1. He has 2 youtube videos where he personally explains why fish oil supplements are not for you.
and
Personally, I do not believe nor take any isolated supplements. When I want fats I consume raw fats. Fats from raw fish, raw beef, raw coconuts, raw durian, raw avocados, etc.
