Hearing Loss Due to Brain Tumor? Or pus?
My uncle’s old perceived problem was a mass / tumor on his right lung. He does not feel bothered by that. His problem is more of the loss of hearing on his left ear and vertigo / loss of balance. He got a plain CT-Scan and they found a brain tumor, technically it is called “He has a hyperechoic mass lesion noted in the left cerebello-pontine angle measuring 3.7×3.1×2.6 approx.” probably in centimeters.
The recommendation was for a high contrast CT-scan aka inject blood with a poison dye… my uncle said no way. Absolutely great. Nothing more can be gleaned by another ct-scan with more x-ray bombardment and poison dye.
So here are the best 3 options uncle A sees for now.
#1 See the EENT in Cebu and hope they find some pus filled infection which can easily be drawn out and relieve the pressure in his ear… and maybe it is not a tumor after all.
#2 Raise enough cash for a 2 week stay with the great healer Vander Gaditano who I already talked to. Says we need to sacrifice 1 goat every day. We need fresh goat’s liver everyday for this case as part of his Gerson therapy.
#3 If he can’t raise enough money for Vander, live with me as the 2nd stringer healer. I know some pretty good stuff, but I’m not a professional like Vander who has been doing this for 30 years.
Any surgery is the last case scenario.
Uncle A will have to think about this.
