Sent Uncle A 100% Barako Coffee from Batangas for his Coffee Enemas

Uncle A living in his small city in the province has no access to simple 100% organic barako coffee usually grown in Batangas. I got one 350 gram bag and sent it to him via LBC. He got it. And may proceed to do coffee enemas next week. He is a veteran of regular water enemas as he is tasked to do this for his own mother. So he knows how to do this to himself.

By now Uncle A has some experience with egg yolk liver flushing, apple juice and olive oil liver flushing with epsom salts, and later on he will add coffee enemas to his arsenal of liver cleansing tools.

Why we thought about coffee enemas is because after doing some liver flushes he started feeling some pain in his right side… his liver. Must be from the liver flushing mixing things up. Luckily this past week he just did 4 days of egg yolk liver flushing and was able to relieve himself of that liver pain.

But now that he has complete tools for coffee enemas, he can do them next week. Just remember to take 2 tablespoons of raw honey and some grass fed butter first, then do the coffee enema, then take the same 2 tablespoons of raw honey and grass fed butter. This is to prevent any sugar depletion in his liver which can cause some electrolyte imbalance.

The advantage of a coffee enema is it is a faster kind of liver flush. Instead of having the dirt reabsorbed in your intestines after the liver dumps its junk, the liver instead dumps its junk in the coffee concoction and this is escorted out immediately in the colon and out the anus after 15 minutes. Fast huh? And I’m willing to bet since this is a different kind of liver cleanse method, it cleanses the liver a different way.

My instructions is to just cook the ground coffee as instructed in the package. Cool it down. Put 1 liter in the enema bucket. Let the coffee flow down the tip of the tube. Lock the tube at the bottom. Lubricate the tip with virgin coconut oil, then insert. Once inserted, unlock the tube, let the coffee flow. Let as much coffee flow in as possible. Turn to your right side. Massage from liver to belly button to heart and back to the liver in a circular motion hopefully to encourage more coffee to come in and reach the liver. “Hold it” by locking the tube then removing the tube from the anus, hold it for at least 15 minutes. Feel your liver dump its poisons. Then after 15 minutes go to the toilet and dump the coffee out. Try and observe what you just dumped. It is sometimes interesting what you see and what you smell.

So there you have it, new tool and new instructions. How often to do this coffee enema will depend on how he feels the very first time he does it. Ah, remote healing. This could all have been easier if he lived with me for some time.

For those who just joined us, Uncle A has a brain tumor and a lung tumor. He used to be addicted to instant 3 in 1 coffee, drinking some 10 full mugs of coffee a day. That was the wrong way to take coffee. Coffee enemas are the right way to take coffee.
