Irritable Bowel or Crohn’s Disease Cure Attempts with Beam Ray, Salt, then Probiotics

A few months ago I had this crisis with that intense tummy pain after eating non-paleo food when I socialized in a PTA meeting. I had diarrhea for a week or more. Then I pooped out what seemed like wood or sharp stone. Injured my lower colon, bled. So I fasted for 3 days to stop the bleeding.

It’s been a few weeks and my stools are never fully formed. I’d get them half formed at times. And sometimes it’s loose. Seems like I can’t hold it “naturally”. It’s like I have to poop in the morning, which is fine, but I also have to poop after every single meal. It’s annoying. I’ve heard about this thing about the optimal human pooping thing, but this sucks. I feel like I’m fruitarian again.

Around 2 weeks ago I went and had beam ray treatment. Had some hook worms from a new wormy puppy and was diagnosed with salmonella. I was beam rayed for both hook worms and salmonella and that helped relieve me of annoying tummy pain. But it did not really solve the problem of not forming fully formed stools yet.

Looking at the history of how this loose stool debacle began, it was during the violent detox of that bad cooked PTA food. One thing wrong with my usual diet is I do not add salt to my food. It may just be a case of salt deficiency. So I had some salt lunch and dinner. Found my mother in law has some Himalayan salt.

I tried: Mix little salt and lemon juice in a slight warm water and drink it to stop loose stools and dysentery.

As found in http://www.panjokutch.com/health/general/loose%20stool%20-%20dysentery.htm

I think this salt cure will work. I must have been severely salt depleted from that incident.

This salt thing helped a bit, I can only stand so much salt. But this salt thing is not the cure as well.

The above trials were helpful, but didn’t really cure me yet.

New theory and new approach:

Look at Crohn’s disease and learn from the Maker’s Diet experience Jordan Rubin. Maybe the PTA meeting food incident depleted my intestinal flora.

I’m digesting food completely because I’m on a raw paleo diet so I’m not losing weight. Maybe my large intestine needs populating with good bacteria to form solid stools.

I’m not patient enough to wait and make home made high meat for 30 days. It’s more expedient for me to try some commercial probiotics. So with a gift certificate that was given me, I went to an organic shop and bought the best probiotics they had there. Yesterday began taking overdose amounts.

Began last night with 10 capsules. And this morning 10 capsules. (instead of 1 capsule 3x a day). I’ll take 10 capsules 3x per day.

Pigged out last night in my child’s birthday party. So far this morning I have not pooped yet. Good sign. Let’s see.

It will be fixed soon enough.
