Diabetic Diet Food List – A Better List that WORKS!

I am just so annoyed with false diabetic diet food list information. This is why diabetics continue to be perpetually sick. It’s because of these darn idiots who know absolutely nothing about health and claim they have a diabetic diet food list. So for you Filipinos from me here shopping at my sources around Metro Manila, here is my diabetic diet food list.

Diabetics need the best fats and proteins, the best in vegetables, the best fruit. The key word is PALEO DIET. Organic / wild animal, organic wild vegetable, organic wild fruit.

Best Fats and Best Protein:

Raw Saturated Animal Fat from Grass Fed beef or Wild Ocean fish like blue marlin and tuna. Seared for 5 seconds (no cooking oil) or sashimi raw only. Only sea salt and pepper allowed as condiments.

Technique for beef: slice thinly with a lot of FAT, season with salt and pepper and put in barbecue stick. Pan sear for 5 seconds each side. Yummy tender! Kids just looovvvveee this.

Fertilized organic duck eggs. Raw or sunny side up or soft boiled.

Fertilized organic chicken eggs. Raw or sunny side up or soft boiled.

Best vegetables:

Lightly steamed organic spinach, lightly steamed organic broccoli, raw bitter melon fruit, juiced raw kamote tops.

Best fruits:

Avocado, buko / coconuts, durian

Best drink:

Freshly squeezed calamansi / lemon with cool water and ice plus a touch of RAW WILD HONEY.

Avoid FIBER. FIBER is a myth. A harmful myth.

Do not eat legumes.  Do not eat nightshades. No soy. Stay away from all grains!

Do not eat wheat in all its infernal incarnations like whole wheat, white flour, pan de sal, noodles, puto, tasty pan americano, pizza, pasta, spaghetti, bread, etc.

Do not eat cooking oils.  Only trust in virgin coconut oil and ghee.

Stay away from the CHOLESTEROL SCAM. The whole idea is a scam.  Stop being concerned about cholesterol.

The keyword again for your diabetic food list is PALEO DIET. Paleo meat, paleo vegetables, paleo fruit.

This is my short list. A better list that works. This is a healer’s list. MY list. Do not stray from this list and in 1 month you will feel much much better. Say lowering the amount of diabetic drugs you are taking and eventually getting rid of them… that sort of thing.
