Hulda Clark Liver Flush Worked Well Healing Progresses… Why new Gallbladder Stones? Dehydration and Magnesium Deficiency?
So my hulda clark liver flush was successful. Just as predicted by the Hirata Zones diagram, my gall bladder had problems… stones, many small ones. I did a tour de force nutrition thing with avocado shake and celery and banana… then juiced kamote tops leaves, then apple cider vinegar, then probiotics, diluted orange juice, chia seeds, then coffee enema, then raw tuna… later drat I had to go to a meeting and be courteous, my company contract was on review… so I ate some cooked pork and some commercial soup. Come evening at home I again juiced some kamote tops leaves, got some fermented turmeric 3 tablespoons, drank probiotics, brushed my teeth with oregano oil… ouch… and getting another coffee enema before I sleep.
Sure enough the lesion on my right leg is healing. And my break out itch is lessening. I’ll do another Hulda Clark liver flush as soon as possible. It will be a forgone conclusion that yes, the lesion will heal, but it is just frustrating why this happened again. Something needs adjusting. What I think is that there is truth to the dehydration thing. That is true so I had better watch my drinking and drink lots.
The other thing is magnesium deficiency. Maybe it is not just me, but the rest of my family. Must solve this problem. I’ve heard about magnesium oil, but that belongs to the realm of experimentation… not long term. For long term success, some dietary changes… known high in magnesium foods: more tuna, more other fish, more brazil nuts, add pumpkin seeds as snacks.
Then there is the little known fact about whole animals, maybe serve more tiny fish as these are whole fish with complete organs. We could also try more cooked greens for the rest of the family.
I could also work into recipes using turmeric for many of the family meals so kids’ livers get a tonic every time.
For myself I’ll be fine with raw tuna, raw brazil nuts and raw tiny fish whole with all the organs and I’ll get my magnesium every day. Then drink more liquids. Work out for more sweats and more drinking.
I’ll be probably be doing a couple of hulda clark liver flushes until 2 or 3 consecutive flushes of zero stones again. I have a lot of turmeric and I’ll be experimenting with this too. Indians say turmeric dissolves gall bladder stones. Many american medical sites warn against turmeric for gall bladder stones… hmmm…. sounds like poisoning the turmeric message for the industry interests of gall bladder removal surgery.
