Switching Back to Natural Spring Water, Natural Mineral Water for Magnesium and all the other Minerals
Seems we made the same mistake we used to make in 2002. Back in 2002 we switched to distilled water for all our water and me and my wife and 1 kid were getting sick. We switched to an authentic natural spring mineral water brand and presto we all got well. Now in 2013 with 3 kids I’m observing magnesium deficiency in our children due to the occurrence of leg cramps. Somehow along the way to health when I was into raw paleo diets and coconuts and squeezing oranges or lemons or calamansi in distilled water I had forgetten about my own wife and kids. They were drinking reverse osmosis or home filtered water… a big bad empty no no. And they keep getting sick… but not me.
I’m looking for the root cause and it seems all roads point to magnesium. Where water is supposedly a big deal. Water should have minerals in them. And these minerals in the right proportion. Looking at this current water industry and it all points back to the natural spring mineral water we were taking back in 2002. So we are back to drink that brand again.

I am not about to divulge the brand of mineral water here as I have not secured my sourcing yet. It is quite hard to find in the super markets for now.
This natural spring mineral water should be in all the waters my wife and kids drink. Me too. That pitcher in the refrigerator, in their carry on water container, and probably in an easy spout at home. The largest denomination is 1.5 gallons. Wish they had this water in big 5 gallon containers but it seems they do not.
Along with this water we are into magnesium oil spraying daily. The issue of magnesium deficiency is big and common and needs to be discussed at length in a separate blog post.
