My quest to cure my cook’s gout pain
Our cook Manang Maring has gout pain on the heels of her feet. And she says this has been going on for quite a number of years. And she never told me about it and I only found out about it last night. The pain is worse every morning.

I told her not to eat beans, any kind of seeds, and I told her to eat 50% fat when eating cooked meat, not too much lean cooked meat, if she wants that much meat it must be raw. But cooked lean meat and cooked beans and cooked seeds are the culprits in gout. I also gave her detox instructions. Dr. Tam’s miracle tea for colon cleansing and Avocado leaves tea for kidney cleansing.
I predict 100% cure now that I know and I see her every single day except Sunday. This is going to be easy and I will update this blog about her. I’m excited, I want her smiling instead of being grumpy.
