50% of women today get constipated when they become pregnant? That is not the way it should be. If pregnancy was such a hassle, humans would have never conquered the earth! The baby boom generation wouldn’t be here! So what happened? Could it be this dastardly LOW FAT INSANITY that has gripped the world in the past few decades since the 1970s?
The answer to curing constipation is fruit and fat. Repeat: fruit and fat. Repeat: fruit and fat.
Hydrating fruits and movement activating fruits: water melons, young coconuts with juice and meat (fat), papayas, mangoes, pick your fruit in season..
For fats: raw fruit fat. raw animal fat. cooked animal fat. Examples of fruit fat: coconut meat, durian, avocados, extra virgin olive oil. Examples of raw animal fat: raw live back fat, raw bone marrow, raw brains, raw eggs. Examples of cooked animal fat: beef / lamb steak fat, fish belly fat, pork fat, pork fat as cooking oil, soft boiled eggs, sunny side up eggs, ghee, butter, etc.
Humans are fativores. You the pregnant woman needs fat. Your baby needs fat. Your baby consumes your fat. You get dehydrated from lack of fat. Lack of fat and hydration leads to constipation. Constipation leads to dirty blood. Dirty blood leads to kidney damage. Kidney damage clogging leads to edema.
It’s a dirty filthy cycle this constipation. Some pregnant women are extreme not pooping 7 days to 14 days at a time? Insane! Merely 1 day not pooping is a cause for concern. 2 days not pooping should be a national emergency!
Remedies may be supplementing with virgin coconut oil then chasing with warm water. Eating watermelons in the morning. Or eating 3 raw eggs in the morning. I would stay away from all medication or herbs as we do not know how this will affect the baby. Food is way way better and safer.
Forget grains. Whether whole grain or fiber filled grain… they are all constipating… and anything with wheat too… constipating.
The solution is to eat FAT. Lots of FAT. I’m talking in the ratio of 1 part protein 3 parts fat. Humans are fativores. I point my finger at the LOW FAT insanity gripping the miseducation of the world that is making pregnant women constipated and miserable.
Fat is the key, Fat is the key. All that cholesterol hysteria and heart disease hysteria? IS ALL FALSE! Real raw fat is the key to eliminating heart disease and high cholesterol!
