I had Arlene open the palm of her hand and I dropped one drop and she massaged it on her left knee. After that drop had been absorbed I gave her another drop. Then waited for 1 hour. I asked if the pain was reduced and she said yes. She said there was a warming sensation. Sounds good, so I had her apply 2 drops again just like before. And in the evening 2 drops again.
