People only take their health seriously if they are branded with Cancer

I didn’t go to a children’s birthday party with my wife and the kids. I wouldn’t want to be branded the party pooper and I wouldn’t want to watch how my kids ingest junk food. My wife fed the kids before they left so they would eat minimal at the party.

I just woke up from a nap and had a snack in the kitchen with my father in law. We were having some coconut meat and coconut juice. He was having some kayumito. My father in law commented how thin I was. I told him I already gained 2.5 pounds since last month. I’m working on gaining weight but at only 2 pounds per month rate should be enough.

I revealed to him that I was eating raw meats and some cooked meats. He might still assume I’m still on 100% pure fruitarian. I’m more on the raw paleolithic diet (wai diet, mostly fruits) with some cooked meats. I don’t eat grains and I don’t eat vegetables. I taste vegetables once in a while but they are hard to digest. Simply not worth it. Digestion is important. I avoid drinking water, even if reverse osmosis to 1 ppm total dissolved solids, we’ve got coconut juice available.

My father in law says that maybe if I ate carbohydrates from grains I would gain weight. My brother seems to have gained more than 5 pounds per month on high grain and high cooked meat consumption. I agreed with him that I could do that and gain more than 2 pounds per month. But that would not be healthy, in fact I think my brother’s weight gain from cooked grain and cooked meat is acidic and toxic. His fat build up is a buffer against acidity and toxicity. I told him that. I doubt it registered in his brain.

I confessed to him that I was treating my eczema disease in 2005 with all seriousness as though I had cancer. Most people only take their health seriously when a doctor brands their symptoms as cancer. The word cancer is the only powerful diagnosis today that can make a person wake up from their slumber and pay complete attention. When people saw I was cured with eczema they thought I should go back to eating and behaving “normally” and gain “normal” weight immediately. I’m taking my eczema setback as a complete setback and rebuilding a new me. I’m paying close attention to all the minor symptoms I notice. Say a minor itch comes up, my face clearing up the old poisons stored from dermatological injections, my tongue with the teethmarks that are slowly but surely disappearing, my fingernails are all pink, no more white moons. Most recently, a liver flush showed me to finally be liver stone free! Amazing, liver is healing. Going in the right direction.

I am gaining weight and I do plan to gain weight but I’m taking my time. 2 pounds per month in 2008 means an additional 24 pounds by December 2008. I was 112 pounds on January. That is still normal in the BMI calculator, at the lower range, but still “normal” BMI. I look young and I feel young. I will be some 130 pounds by the end of the year. Hopefully if I listen to my body and eat only clean food, I’ll have clean healthy muscle.

Add exercise, gym, a sport, a couple of orange juice fasts and a whole new body by the end of the year.

In closing, please stand up and take notice. Whether you are diagnosed as obese, with heart problems, with high blood pressure, with diabetes, with psoriasis, with multiple sclerosis, with herpes, with prostate problems… take them all seriously. All diseases begin with constipation of the organs, impeding blood circulation, increasing toxicity in the body. The body tries alternative toxic expressions through the lungs, through the skin. You get uncomfortable symptoms and the quack doctor gives you drugs to suppress your body wisdom to alternatively detoxify itself. So you get even sicker and the body is forced to form tumors to encapsulate the toxins because all avenues of toxic expression are plugged up. It’s that simple folks.

Wake up and smell the flowers… not the coffee. Health in a nutshell. Take it seriously please.
