Inflamed Palate Because of Ear Infection and Cooked Food last Friday
My palate is inflamed. In Tagalog, ngala ngala. I’ve never had this experience before. This is all new to me. Ah well. You learn something every day. What to do? Circulation, detox, remove obstructions. This is how I’m doing it since yesterday.
My ear thing, the other night I pumped it with extra virgin olive oil. Then in the morning 10 volumes hydrogen peroxide in water for a 50/50 mix.
Last night I had half a teaspoon of cayenne tincture in my mouth. Spit out after 1 minute. That was good relief. The cayenne tincture triggered mucus production which I think helps cleanse and sooth the inflamed palate.
I think it is this mucus thing that I’m lacking these days. Being a raw foodist, I don’t really produce that much mucus anymore… aka I don’t get colds. I think on a standard urban diet, your body is used to producing much mucus to keep you cleansed.
So this morning I had another shot of cayenne tincture and at the same time I was doing some rebounding for flow. Yeah, I think the cayenne induced mucus formation does lots of good. I think I’ll keep doing it.
I have a meeting at 9am so I have to feel better.
Of course I’m back to fully raw food. I like feeling good.
