High Amounts of Fats Required in Healing Protocols
I just noticed after going through and administering many of these healing and diet protocols is the one thing they have in common: a dependence on high amounts of GOOD FATS. Maybe 21st century people are routinely good fats deficient. Maybe good fats do help people heal fast.
If you notice the fastest anti-candida anti-yeast anti-fungi protocol, the virgin coconut oil detox uses an enormous amount of virgin coconut oil.
If you notice any raw vegan healing diet will be dependent on avocados (a fruit), extra virgin olive oil (another fruit).
Raw animal food cures will be dependent on raw organic / fertile eggs, raw animal fats.
It seems fats give people high nutrition, long burning, long lasting energy and at the same time sates appetites and cleanses the body.
If you are not satisfied with the healing diet protocol given you, it is probably due to the fact that you are not consuming enough fats!
