Paleo Diet: Understanding the Need to go on Raw Paleo Diet

On raw paleo diet now for 3 years and my health gains are still sky rocketing up and up and up. I would be a fool to stop my raw paleo dieting. There was 1 month I tried all cooked meat paleo diet and felt so horrible I had to go back on raw paleo diet.

We just had dinner and my wife and I put our foot down on the children to go on cooked / semi cooked / rare paleo diet to clear up their eczematic skins. We are killing rice with them. I made them the compromise that I’m not pushing raw paleo diet this time, so they should be happy with their cooked meats. (they already know the power of raw paleo diet when they were gravely ill at times – too much mucus (3 days), painful tooth decay (3 days), eczema eating up hand ( 1 week) , tuberculosis (2 months, raw beef and raw blood) )
Most people will only need cooked / semi cooked / rare / in between paleo diet just to lose weight and they should be fine.
