The end result of my cooked homo optimus diet experiment
I am officially declaring the end of my homo optimus diet experiment. I grew a pimple on the chin and a pimple on my left cheek. They are deep and not visible externally but I can feel them there. I also noticed a small bubble in the side of my “tall man” finger. These are bad indicators for me.
Homo Optimus Diet recommends organic pork. But the pork I have been getting is not organic. I did buy once organic pork at the organic cooperative at double the price! Maybe the commercial pork has parasites, maybe the commercial pork fat composition is more PUFA.
Maybe my method of choice of cooking, roasting introduces pollutants. All cooking is polluting.
Maybe I should not be eating those commercial salted duck eggs. The red coloring could be polluting. The way it was “salted” could be polluting.
Maybe as experienced by many already, humans aren’t really suited for cooked food. Raw is clean and most nutritious.
No, I haven’t been re-addicted to cooked food. So I’m going straight back to raw food. First thing to do is go on a Wai Diet to get rid of the pimples. Then add back the raw beef and raw goat organs. Will have to find a way to consume more raw fats. High fat is wonderful, it just has to be raw for me.
